Meeting the sustainable mobility challenge: How and at what cost?

City Talks

Improving public transportation and mobility in a metropolitan region as well as reducing car traffic and its environmental footprint are worthy objectives. However, building new infrastructure in an existing urban area creates major challenges for quality of life, development and the urban landscape.

How can we plan and build new infrastructure that addresses current pressures and meets future needs without destroying or distorting the city and our neighbourhoods?

Free online activity presented on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 12 p.m.
The event will take place online on Zoom and will be broadcast live on the Museum’s Facebook page.
