Conversations around the Photography collection

Every Wednesday in July from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Happy Hour Pop-up with EXEKO

The Urban Forest

This summer, EXEKO and the McCord Museum invite the public to take part in intellectual and cultural mediation workshops, every Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

These gatherings will take the form of conversations around the Museum’s educational and Photography collections. Each Wednesday, a question will be presented to fuel the discussion: up to you to answer!

The topics of these informal conversations, facilitated by the Museum’s mediators and EXEKO, will mainly address the history of photography, the production and overproduction of images, and the authenticity of photographic media and documents.

These workshops are an excellent complement to the exhibition The Polaroid Project: At the Intersection of Art and Technology, presented until September 15.

Free activity. Schedule subject to change.
Location: Victoria Street, between Sherbrooke Street West and President-Kennedy Avenue
In case of rain, EXEKO’s idAction van will go elsewhere.

Not to be missed!
