After the Celebration: Legacy or Burden?

City Talks

Major anniversaries and international events have left their mark on Montreal. Expo 67, the Olympic Games and the 350th anniversary have left buildings that are iconic of the city’s heritage today. The celebrations planned for 2017 have brought the word “legacy” back for debate. Do we provide the means to keep these legacies alive and relevant over the long term?
