Contest The Heritage Photographic Experience
In 2004 and 2005, the McCord Museum gave Quebec participants in the International Heritage Photographic Experience contest an opportunity to publish their photos on the Museum's Web site.
Presented as photographic pairs, the works submitted by the young participants match their contemporary photograph with a period photograph from the Notman Photographic Archives named after the celebrated Montreal photographer William Notman, (1826-1891), who operated studios in cities across Canada.2005 Edition
