Keys to History
This group of carolers is performing in front of William Notman's house in Longueuil. The family lived here from 1867 to 1876, at first only in the summer and later all year round. According to the donor, Mr. McDougall, his mother and her sister, Helena and Louisa Lusher, are the two girls on the right of the group, and the man holding the song sheet just behind the second girl is their father, Edward Lusher.
