Hands-on workshop related to our exhibitions

Every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and special Holiday workshops

Sunday Workshops

History puts on its Sunday best and invites families to a hands-on workshop highlighting a theme related to our exhibitions and collections. Free for children 3 to 12 years of age, it is offered in French and English. The themes of the activities change with the seasons and the exhibitions on display.

Until November 12, 2017
With the exhibition Illusions: The Art of Magic, families can discover the Golden Age of Magic by admiring the stunning promotional posters that showcased the shows of the century’s greatest magicians. During the workshops, children can try out the basics of magic tricks and invent a magician character whom they will then illustrate on a small poster.

Location: in the Atrium of the McCord Museum
