First Peoples Literary Prize: David Treuer with Duncan McCue

In the context of the Blue Met Festival, McCord Museum is pleased to welcome the First People Prize ceremony.

David Treuer is an Ojibwe from the Leech Lake Reservation in northern Minnesota. The author of three previous novels and two books of nonfiction, he receives the 2017 Blue Metropolis First Peoples Prize for his novel Prudence and joins Duncan McCue, author and host of CBC Radio’s Cross Country Checkup, in conversation.
