Find out about the rise of Italian fashion after World War II in this talk by the curator of the exhibition Eleganza: Italian Fashion, From 1945 to Today. Sonnet Stanfill, Acting Senior Curator, Department of Furniture, Textiles and Fashion at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, will share insights into how the exhibition was created and the themes it explores. Stanfill will also relay stories about the role that North America played in developing the distinguished Italian fashion houses.
