In this unique bilingual presentation, Sonia Kata, textile conservator, and Caroline Bourgeois, specialist in costume mounting, take you behind the scenes of the Museum during preparation for the exhibition Fashioning Expo 67. Discover how conservation and museum quality mounting ensure the preservation of our objects, enrich our knowledge of the collection, and make an exhibition come to life.

The Tea at the McCord series of lectures focuses on the Museum’s collections and exhibitions. Tea and biscuits are served.

Presentation in French and in English followed by a bilingual question period.
