It’s an occasion to discover the new exhibition Notman, A Visionary Photographer through unique tours and to learn about the art of photography through tons of activities that will take you back in time.

ZOOM ON NOTMAN

  • Unique guided tours of the NOTMAN exhibition: learn more about the illustrious photographer’s work and the Photoshop of yesteryear!
  • 3D in the 19th and 20th centuries: travel back in time and try out a stereoscope, the very first optical device used to view images in 3D! Experience 3D anaglyphs through exclusive projections of Notman’s photos.
  • Strike a pose in Notman’s studio for a period portrait

STEP BEHIND THE LENS

MUSICAL PERFORMANCES

  • Soundtrack blending house and surprising pop mix, concocted by Clifford Brown of  ROUX Soundsystem
  • At 6:30 p.m. – Live synthesizer performance in the NOTMAN exhibition by jazz and pop composer Jonathan Cayer, who has collaborated with Patrick Watson, Ian Kelly, and Thomas Hellman.
